Constructed in 1997 the building features heated epoxy floors in the apparatus bay. The apparatus bay has six doors, four out the front of the building and two out the back.

Also located in the apparatus area is the medical supplies office, supply room, oxygen and oxygen cascade room, laundry facilities and a dirty utility room.

The operations area includes an operations office, television or day room, computer room, a fully functional kitchen, bunk room, male, female and handicapped restroom facilities.

The second floor offers a multifaceted and spacious classroom, administrative offices and board room along with rest room facilities.
